Speck: Pink SeeThru Satin Case for Macbook

Hello! thank you for sharing. I am looking to buy one of this, but not sure about pink or purple. I know fingerprints is a big con of this product, so I am not sure if the pink (lighter color) would show less fingerprints than the darker purple? But would the lighter pink gets dirty more easily...?

@gymnastix4life Having the white unibody, the bottom of the laptop is color fast, so the feet will have a circle of color around it depending upon which color you pick. If they have clear now, get it. I have yet to see a scratch.

should i get this one or the hardshell? i hard the satin is harder to maintain cause of its attraction to grease, dust, etc. have u had any problems w it? also, have u tried the hardshell?

I had the satin and it did attract dust and other little bits of dirt. It really looked nice and did protect the macbook pro though. I took it back and bought the hard shell one. Go to specks website and use a coupon code that gets you 50 percent off anything. You can find the code online.

Don't try to press on both side of the screen. its easier if you do the top and bottom at the same time!

No. There is one for the whibook. but don't buy this. buy the invisible shield by zagg. i love it! adds nothing to the weight and size, yet its a case for scratches and scrapes, not for drops! another good one is incase body shields. better than speck!

If you still want to know, well yes because the silver mac is 13 inch and the white ones to, but i am not quiet sure they are the same shape, so i am not really sure.

Does anyone else have this case and if so - can you feel a gritty area - I have noticed this on my case and another youtuber contacted me to say they had the same issue - wondering if we are the two unlucky ones or if this is a more widespread thing

I really think that something might be wrong with the case because I have a same one but in purple and another one in red classic and they both feel great. I think you should exchange it for another one.
