I would not wrap the cables up to that extent, cable tie them along or otherwise all you will make is a huge electromagnet because you are coiling a power cable. Digital multiplex cables are fine to weave.
Well if i had a huge supply of cable ties, i would use them all the time ;). But if i dont have cable ties, i simply weave. Of course, if you do weave and wrap the cables around the stands then make sure they are loose ;).
it wouldn't necessarily make an electromagnet out of the truss, since the neutral wire being next to the power will cancel out the electromagnetic field. if, however, you were to separate the hot and neutral wires (for some nonsensical reason), it would create magnetism.

Nice, but ugly cables!! Weave the cables in the truss then wrap them down the lighting stands. I do that and looks nice and tidy! Nice setup still!
