That's the drum tech, Michael Petrak. This is when the original Coheed and Cambria drummer Josh Eppard was having his personal issues and left the band during the european tour. Chris Pennie is their drummer now.

(And for all you asses that are about to say "Nate Kelley was the orginal!" I mean when they switched to the Coheed name, not counting when they called themselves Shabutie.)
