  • This is still a beautiful and haunting song even after all these years.

I never get tired of listening to it

  • Would someone please tell me which,if any, Settlers albums are available to purchase on CD.I am particularly interested in 'Sing A New Song '(1971).

  • That was Fab!

  • @googleisshittoss Right up until Morecombe and Wise that is!!

  • What a great upload , so much more than the title implies! Found it by chance, too. Many thanks! You have brightened up another dull evening in High Wycombe!

  • @bobbygray100 The best series were from the seventies. But that's too complicated for you.

  • I can't stop playing this clip. Just love Cindy's voice

  • @noonoosdad A very underrated singer! A clip of The Settlers performing 'Nowhere Man' on M&W Show was added to YouTube by me today via my other account.

  • ha ha ha look at these dudes!!! fabulous :D

  • ..Follyfoot Theme song...thank You..

  • you see the double bass player there he was my lecturer at London college of furniture!

  • Nice posting, thanks! This is a surprisingly complex arrangement, if you really listen to it. And it's from a time when I think 8-track recording was about as good as it gets so there's been a lot of work put into this. I can't find this anywhere on cd, unless anyone knows better. And wasn't Cindy a stunner!

  • i love this little gem of a vid, god bless mike jones. the settlers should have been a lot bigger than they were, bad management maybe. they had terrific stage presence and looked good too. as for the singing, briliant! although there weren't a lot of folk groups around at tht time. the settlers were always my favourites. thank you guys (and cindy of course!!!)

  • R.I.P., Mike Jones, and thank you for the Settlers.
