It really suprises me how little all of these reporters understand about the bail/ bond process. The bond was 500,000. You pay 50,000 that you never get back, that is paid to the bailbondsman. Then he uses his collateral to post the bond. Noone ever sees 500, 000. If Casey flees then the bailbondsman has to pay the 500,000. This is where bounty hunters come in. If they catch the fugitive before the police do then the money does not need to be paid.Don't mean to condescend,some justget it wrong.
you are correct. and the bold move that Leonard Padilla my local bounty here in sacramento was a great strategy. I was furious at first when i heard he was going to post her bail, but he has now learned new information against her, and is testifying against her. She told Padilla a different story.
Wow, for somone that didnot want thier baby, they sure do seem happy. Reminds me of me and my daughter, Always taking pictures and always happy toghther. She almost seem innocent, its just that evidence that is kicking her in the ass, and all the lies. But could the story be true? Could she have been left with someone and they took her and she was threatend and thats why she is not speaking? I so much wana belive that, but she just dosnt seems that she cares, and as a mom i know u have to care.
