This song is about a guy Zappa knew who had a breakup and was depressed, and decided to go to "The Grape" which was a transvestite bar. He had several sexual encounters with trannies: Dagmar, Angel, Kona, Ko-Ko, and Michael the 379lb. fat Samoan tranny.

It's downright disgusting!

Then, the song turns to the "ladies" - and instructs them not to gloat, because they too can be assholes just as well as guys.

It's not a song about anal sex or anything...it's just a verbal assault.
