any1 remember a carry on film in which 2married couples were supposd 2b having a meal @1of th couples' home, but both couples had 2call it off, but th blokes were 2embarrassed 2admit th real reason so both used the excuse that their missus had "had a funny turn" &they both said so with identical pauses &stutters, i know this is incredibly vague, but this is all i remember of it &i'm trying to get it for a family member as i know it's their favourite but i can't ask as it's a surprise present.

Poor Ken, he hated the Carry On films for their crassness and the way he had to play his characters and yet you would never know it in the way they came out. A true actor, RIP Kenneth Williams.

I have very, very dim memories of Sid James presenting a childrens' programme on BBC sometime during the 'Seventies. He was accompanied by a little dog who could disappear and reappear at will. At least one episode centred around building sites, cement mixers and tools.

Please, someone convince me I'm not going mad and tell me what the programme was called!

There is NO film called Csrry On Perving. That was a trailer showing a few different Carry On Films which were going to be aired that summer. The title was just a metaphor. Carry On films were all about perving. Cooorr !!!
