I may be a single issue voter. I believe no issue is legitimately comparable to slaughtering innocent babies while they are completely defenseless and voiceless. Some democrats will go to war to oppose the death penalty for convicted murderers, but will not defend the most innocent of all human life. Abortion may be invisible to most members of society. It is so easily swept under the rug. If it was an issue we had to deal with daily, it would be the #1 issue for a majority of voters.

Wars are a completely different issue. In the Iraq war, there have been roughly 5000 Americans killed, and far more Iraqis. That is something I mourn. Sure thing. I like what Abraham Lincoln said about choice. His position was that the choice of one cannot be exercised at the expense of another. I am pro-choice in that sense. I believe everyone should have a choice to live, which is why women should not be given a choice to kill a baby. It's not her body, like they always like to say.
