Ihmc is a 12 degrees of freedom and 3 degrees of freedom in each hip. This system seems very versatile. Will the robot have an independant power system?
i cant wait untill they finish the uper body and make her a female! i can then buy a wife that will make all my fanticy come true. being that real woman dont wana do that kinda stuff, no i wont get into it. lol
Add pelvic girdle :D... pelvic girdle bones will help to sitting, walking and to all kind of human like movements..

The assumption is interesting. Walking is falling rather than bouncing. Bouncing robots don't seem to be a versatile, in my opinion.
