I did a research paper on how gays affect unit cohesion and after going through numerous sources and by looking into other foreign militaries (UK, Netherlands, Israel, Canada) there was no evidence that showed that open gays affected unit cohesion and all of the leaders of these militaries said that they could not think of any time when open gay soldiers caused or were the cause of a problem
