actually to clear things up..i believe the yellow mustang got more then a ticket by that cop..about 10 minutes after this, a flat bed came driving down that same street..its possible that the flat bed was just coming through but my guess after not stoping like he did; the cop probaby wasn't going to give him any breaks..an suv cop drove by every 20 min but this d-bag started driving by in between laps and screwed this guy over..what a shame!

Yeah usually the one in front is who they will try to stop first and then they will see if they can nab the other one but the one in back usually gets away so stay in back if you see a cop.
