The WonderSwan Color and the SwanCrystal were better as the screen was coloured, and they still had impressive battery life. It's a shame we never got these ones in the Western region, they were the ONLY GOOD PRODUCTS BY BANDAI (Because the Pippin was horribly marketed, the Playdia was as weak in graphics as the Sega Saturn was in 3D stuff), and plus, they have the BEST Final Fantasy remakes out there, and not the cheapo stuff made for the DS.

The game he was just playing there at the moment was apparently some Super Robot Wars title (just in case you didn't knew that). The SRW series is known for having crossover between such series as Gundam, Gurren Lagann, Big O, Macross, Evangelion, Mazinger Z, Votoms, Gunbuster, GaoGaiGar, Virtual On, and ALOT more.

Regardless of what you answered to the above points, if the one you saw is at a low price and in good condition, then it's a must have, as this is a vintage item.

I have a black and white one and a color one. Never got the crystal version.

Not a bad system but like Mark said, all of the games are in Japanese. I was able to play and enjoy Tekken Card Battle though. Good game even though all of the texts is unreadable by me.

I also had a Mega Man game. It was basically the Transmission game from the Gamecube. Awesome game.

Final Fantasy was unplayable as well as some Gundam game.  I did really like Final Lap. Just like the arcade version.

O.o What a wierd little handheld. This apparently has a great Mega Man Battle Network game that plays like Network Transmission. I've never seen the actual system, though.
