Sick ass SRT-4.... A GTI with a GT28RS wont make 350, maybe on very very high boost, they usually put down only like 290-300, that SRT is a fucking beast love it.

It's almost hard to watch, time and time again, these GTIs with their little 1.8s trying to spool these big turbos like it's nothing.

Buy the time that turbo is fully spooled your already slamming the next gear.

Please know what your talking about before spouting of crap. A gt28 is one of the smallest big turbo upgrades for the 1.8 and in the .64 trim would be fully spooled by 2600 RPM depending on the tune. Maybe if the kid had a GT3076 or bigger your words might hold water...

550whp isn't a number cobras normally see, they're usually ~480-515 rwhp with a ported eaton, and those things really scream compared to what was in that cobra (I have a ported eaton cobra, I'm not just some bench racer). Twin screws are generally 565 rwhp at the lowest, but they tend to peter out around 620 rwhp with pump gas.
