Ciara has been co-writing/producing all of her songs since goodies. although she hasnt been in the scene for a minute Ciara, executive produced Tiffany Evans. So I disagree with you on that note. If we are going to talk about artist being uninvolved with their music it would have to go to Rihanna. She hasnt been involved with the writing process on any of her albums.

She helped develop Ciara's sound therefore can't be compared to Ciara. I don't see Ciara writing any of her OWN music. Keri did a song with Llyod Bank that came out BEFORE Rihanna was even a household name.

I agree with you then you lost me at "I dont see Ciara writing any of her OWN music." Ciara has been co-writing/producing all of her songs since goodies. although she hasnt been in the scene for a minute Ciara, executive produced Tiffany Evans. So I disagree with you on that note. If we are going to talk about artist being uninvolved with their music it would have to go to Rihanna. She hasnt been involved with the writing process on any of her albums.

i think keri is going to continue to be successful and a very influential person in the industry (songwriting, producing, modeling, even acting, whatever), but I'm wary of her potential as a solo artist. i like her though! ...but idk about that
