I hae loved to wear heels all of my life, but now am able to wear only one heel with crutches. I admire her for not only her preference of wearing heels, but also that she does very well in heels and on her crutches.

With only a leg in a cast, it is easy for me to swing along on my crutches. but for her, she has to lift her body to swing her legs forward, but still graceful. The heels add to her mystique and beauty. I give her a lot of credit, she is tops in my book.
I'll take that bet, and win. There are many videos of women in leg casts, or amputees wearing a heel on their good or remaing foot and doing very well. on crutches.

I've been on crutches for over a year, with and without a full leg cast and wear a heel
3" to 4" to keep my cast, or affected foot off of the floor. What's the big deal?
