Dont lose hope; if you do you'll never lose weight. It's not so much the work-out you need to focus on, but CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS. I know so many people that will lose like 20 pounds SO fast (and in a healthy way) becuase it's all water-weight. Maybe join a gym membership or buy some workout vids? Just keep it up!

Hmmm...I've been watching videos like these, the gaining vids, and for some reason they are intriguing...what I'm wondering is what do the fat admirers and feedees think of shows like The Biggest Loser or Celebrity Fat Camp, where the intense exercise makes them lose weight quickly. They go through hell, but they do lose it

@indirasmiracle Size Rights activism and being a fat admirer can go hand in hand but not necessarily. Speaking as an activist, shows like the ones you mention are a damn disgrace! No other human beings would allow themselves to intentionally be treated like that. Also, starvation diets have been shown to be dangerous! People on those shows do it for the money or hope of fame. Kai Hibbard told all about the abuse and degrading daily experiences and deadly practices when she was on that show.

@sparetyrefa you are right about regaining the weight...one of the season winners gained just about all his weight back plus some..they always talk about how hard it is out away from the ranch. They don't teach them about what happens in the real world, when they're faced with the temptations all over again, they just focus on the weight loss. There needs to be balance somewhere.
