I don't really see how it could be named after Ichigo's hair color, if you bleach your hair it turns blond, not orange. And Ichigo didn't bleach his hair, it's natural. Besides, no one knows for sure. Some people theorize Tite Kubo named it after a Nirvana album. Maybe he just liked the sound of the word Bleach. It doesn't neccesarily need to have a meaning.
