My only gripe with the game is the controls. Seriously, Capcom couldn't stick with the 6 button layout? LP/HP and LK/HK is quite possibly one of the STUPIDEST design layouts I have ever seen.

Simple controls are probably the cheapest crap they ever added to a MvC game though and MvC3 Fails that one. HARD. try and progress higher while your still learning while the other cheap person destroys you with Simple controls. i came close many times calling those freaks out in a message, but refused to steep lower then them. and refused to use their dumb control scheme.

The online footage that they show looks really fun. Too bad that NOBODY plays like that...everybody goes for the cheap characters (Iceman, Cable and Sentinel). The game is really fun though but man people are cheap online...can't play a single fair game.

Much Better than MVC3 jeez at least with this you can have more personalization while fighting. in MVC3 with the new button sequence i feel like im in easy mode on mvc1 all day and i just tap buttons i have a 40 hit combo. this was way more fun.

@gothamknight100 To rushed, some characters are obviously overly over the top unbalance, in MvC2 they had some unknown character Amigo really 2 wolverines unnecessarily. your only going to be switching between your favorite 10. Using 3. Online people only used Sentinal, Magneto, and Strom cheap! Smaller roster there can be a better chance its more balanced.

For some games if you play music while you play the game the game music goes away. But for others even if you play music the game music will still play along with the one you're playing.

The online players are FREAKS!!! I just got the game and I get owned badly by a servbot master. Didn't even get to throw a punch! Word of advice: don't go jumping into online matches if your a complete beginner.

This game is just solely based on who has the best Characters. Who can spam the most. Pretty much it's 10% skill. 90% Spamming. The computer spams, People Online Spam. Most of the characters are rigged Like: Spiderman, Cable,Sentinel, Colossus,storm, Akuma,Ryu, Strider Hiryu, Pretty any character who's based on Grabbing. Barely and I mean BAAARELY any of the characters require skill. The ones that do, BB.Hood. Iceman, Sakura, Captain America, Roll, Megaman, Gambit.
