We "dropped it" in the video - an exaggerated drop. Our warranty of Four Years covers defects in workmanship and construction. If the radio fails to operate in the first four years you own it, we'll repair it at no charge. However, if you drop it and it fails to work due to physical damage from the drop, it would be a chargeable repair at our flat rate of $149. The radios we recommend are built to military specification standards, or MilSpec, and will normally survive a drop from waist high.
