@theevilm1 If you get it one sale it's kind of worth it. I got mine for 49.99 instead of 69.99. But if you buy it used the multiplayer card would have probably been used and you will have to get a new multiplayer card if you want to play online. Personally I grew bored of the game quickly so I would suggest renting it for a week for around 10$ from blockbuster or borrow it from a friend to see if you will like it.
