  • half and half? oh eww

  • 63 quarts pear year is the average consumption for popcorn? I don't even eat 1 quart a year.

  • I prefer saltless popcorn

  • Slacker Jakes: Not the original but even better

  • popcorn owns so hard

for caramel popcorn i just put even portions of white sugar and butter in the pan with about a tablespoon of cornsyrup and some salt. just cook it until it caramelizes (don't stir, just gently swirl the pot) and then pour it over the popcorn and mix. makes nice cronchy caramel corn.

i just tried making some popcorn with sriracha but i was dumb and burned the hot sauce :(

plain popcorn is still good though

  • I have braces so I can't eat popcorn ;(

  • dancing the popcorn dance lol

  • WARNING: stainless steel ( the bowl he is using) gives off toxic fumes when heated

  • whats with the goat sound at the end

  • Just made some Popcorn! Yummy! Thanks AB!

  • pop corn cereal ?

  • @truekizan You've never had puffed corn cereal? You know, like Corn Pops or Kix? Popcorn cereal is just the precursor.

  • @theboo222 Heh. Yeah and I'm sure wheat and barley are just angels in your book. If you deny the power of carbohydrates to slow the pain of hunger then you sir are simply a monkey. . . We need fillers in our lives. I'll admit we eat so much corn it's silly but that's in sodas, candy bars, ice cream and the meat we eat also grows on corn. BUT corn isn't inherently evil, it's our processing and over consumption of it. AB home popped corn is much better because it will fill you up and it's cheap.

  • @theboo222 Since you're so knowledgeable, how about quoting a few credible sources to back up your claim?

  • slacker jack.

  • @NymphetaminePJM .....Slacker Jacks...!!!

  • im trying to replace the salt with sugar, any advice? i dont want to make caramel...

with sugar is harder since it burns easily

  • Cool - I'm a popcorn addict. I like how you can doctor it up and go for savory, sour or sweet!

  • These ideas look great! Must try the cracker jack one.

Sometime my family would put the oil from a giardiniera jar on freshly popped popcorn. It is very subtle and tastes very good if you like giardiniera .

  • @FotoPhreak12 The Giardiniara liquid ontop of popcorn sounds amazing!

  • I put a bit of parmesan cheese on my popcorn instead of butter. Cheese popcorn pwns

  • @MegaQwerty567 Parmesan and cheddar! You = GENIUS

  • well if the bowl works that well i bet my wok will work even better

  • i was just concerned that i didnt have a metal bowl, but a wok is a great idea

  • @sabian1hhx1only

    Exact|y what I was thinking. :)

  • did you know if you fill a glass to the brim with milk and fill an equal sized glass with pop-corn, and placed it in one by one, it won't spill over! works like a charm

  • i made some and coated it with maple syrup and bacon grease

  • I read somewhere to add a bit of sugar to home popped corn. I put about a tsp in the oil after it heats up and before I add the corn and it's so addictive. Mmmm popcorn...

  • I love salt and pepper on mine. The popcorn for breakfast would be pretty good with cinnamon and brown sugar I think.

W.K. Kellogg was a weirdo. They don't tell you that during the Kellogg's tour! :)
