I think the reason why sending Goliath sending them around the world, they think they are the only gargoyles left. They have to show what they are up against, it's further into the future episodes. They have some experinece with magic, and they learn about themselves, and each other. Also you have to wonder what ever happen to the eggs, and they showed us what happen to the eggs, and it relates alll the same. They will get back to New York, because Fox is preganet, right, so they will be there.

My guess is by relocating each episode to more "flat" and "historical" places they could write him in more as it isnt so reliant on wings....... but thats just a guess

In the early 90's most networks had a problem with showing direct violent fist contact to the face on cartoons, out of fear kids would "imitate" the behavior. Batman TAS brilliantly worked around that with the "punch to the camera" technique and most other action cartoons like this followed suit.
I just love the episodes where they go back to the perfect art style from The Awakening episodes cause those are the episode where they focused on everything looking perfect I think the main reason they did it for this episode was cause of the location of where the characters were in this episode
@kainsdarkangel even when i was a kid when this first aired i thought they dragged the avalon thing too long. now im 26 and i appreciate these shows more but i still believe its too long. its good but they didn't have to do almost 30 episodes of it.
@art4thecure1 It does go on for too long. It makes for fun "oh, I know who that is!" when Oberon's children are in a line up to see him in the Gathering episode, but other than that and some minor movements in character development, it's not really necessary to have so many episodes. I assumed at one point that they'd just have these to the end of the show. I remember the Smurfs going that way, with an endless journey home near the end.

Ok, I've been watching each episode in order, but what I don't understand is how has the pack turned completely into robots? I know Xanatos has given them all new tech, but their arms and legs stretch and come apart to reveal guns. I thought they were their human bodies with the tech on them?

@PsychoNekoSan Totally. (Well, I really like him.^^) Maybe people are stupid and mix him up with Seth? - though, honestly, they look nothing alike. But maybe isn't the kind of god people want to portray in a good way, being related to death and so on...

@amolchan001 @amolchan001 Aye, but in most fictions, he is not really a 'good' god. Osiris is the God of the Dead - since he reigns over their realm. Anubis presides over embalming and protects the dead from harm. So a really good one. Daresay that Jackal is more stupid than evil though...
Zombies... well, simply put, it means: take over the world, kill/enslave everyone and then, have fun! (I know, it's too much, even for him...^^)

Ok, I've been watching each episode in order, but what I don't understand is how has the pack turned completely into robots? I know Xanatos has given them all new tech, but their arms and legs stretch and come apart to reveal guns. I thought they were their human bodies with the tech on them?

@Stephy09sChannel NO in the upgrade episode they acutally traded in their human parts for machine parts. Dingo is the last of the pack that is human (expect for Fox)

In episode "Update", Coyote showed them a video of what Xanatos can offer - Hyena and Jackal chose to become cybernetic hybrids, while Dingo chose the robotics option, and Wolf chose genetic splicing.
