The friction between positive and negative ions is how the body generates energy. So you actually do need some positive ions in your system, otherwise your functions would cease. I have a question. You note that “positive ions” are desirable, however Dr. SInatra, who also advocates earthing mentions we take up electrons when we walk on the ground in our bare feet. Electrons with their negative charge might be able to neutralize positively charged free radicals, so why is it desirable to have “positive ions” in our system?
