  • that would be cool if a gaming company developed something like that with up to date graphics. That could possibly bring the arcade industry back.

  • Have you got the full episodes of Click at all? I had the first issue on VHS, the one where talking about if you should get a Super Famicom on import. But I lost it years ago sadly :(

  • @LarryBundyJr

No sorry, this clip is all i got from the show.

  • The Trocadero is a sorry shell of how it used to be now, with lame street dancing in the basement and the crappy cinema chain called showcase. such a shame when it used to have the above, Alien war, The imaginator which intro i still remember well, sega world and formula 1 sims

  • i just about remember looking like a plonker playing this with people watching at the trocadero. they were expensive too IRC. but the in thing and cool at the time

  • Wow ! I suddenly had this memory of these from when went there back in the early 90's ! Didn't think I'd find a vid with it all as I remembered it ! Brilliant upload, thanks for the memories !!

  • Glad i never bothered having a go on those. Super pricey and sick-inducing. Do they still have the ALIEN Experience there? That was awesome.

  • I remember the Trocadero with dread. I spent many a day sat next to those machines, debugging the game as people played them. The days before laptops, so I had to drag my PC (which was on castors!), monitors, etc to the centre...

Oh man... Thanks for the memories :(

  • i used to hang out here when i was a kid, it had a three floor quasar too,was fucking awesome, i heard only two days ago that it is now pretty much full of sweet stores and that is it gone completely, but so have the 80s/90s for now anyway

  • these games are totally radical. virtual reality is the way of the future, but if you die in the virtual world you run the risk of really dieing from the realism.

  • Does that arcade still exist? Does it still have those VR games?

  • Havent been there since decades, but if i remember right the Trocadero Center Arcade was replaced by "SEGA World" in 1996 and in 1999 SEGA World was replaced by Fun world. As i said i havent been there since ages, but I'm sure you would not find any VR machines there as of today.
