Pathetic and sad. Shows the world how much Los Angeles cares about the environment and the importance of establishing and maintaining healthy fisheries for the public. Fishing is thee most popular sport in the U.S. and LA still just doesn't get it. They have not gotten the memo. People want to fish in clean, healthy, fisheries that are not vile and diseased sewers. People don't always need a cold mountain stream with trout, it can be healthy warm water fishery with let's say peacock bass.
Put down the camera, and pick up a trashbag. It's everyone's responsibliity to clean it up..don't wait for the city to hire someone, they won't.
