nora was my favorite for a long time. i just got disappointed with her when, during the people power to topple down erap, we were there @ mendiola bridge and because she was standing on top of the truck which was parked on the bridge, i excitedly asked my husband to put me up there to be able to get closed to nora . i was all smiled at her uttering her name & mesmerized but she just snobbed me and looked like she didn't like anyone sharing her place or maybe the "limelight". nora was my favorite for a long time. i just got disappointed with her when, during the people power to topple down erap, we were there @ mendiola bridge and because she was standing on top of the truck which was parked on the bridge, i excitedly asked my husband to put me up there to be able to get closed to nora . i was all smiled at her uttering her name & mesmerized but she just snobbed me and looked like she didn't like anyone sharing her place or maybe the "limelight". I have always loved this song version by Nora Aunor and her rendition of Mother Song. I have been looking for a CD of both in the Philippines and here in California but have been unsuccessful. My copy (45 record) was lost when my family moved to California many years ago). I desperately want to get a copy of both because I am preparing my funeral. When I was in grade 4, my teacer used to request me to sing this song. Nakikita ko nangigilid luha niya yun pala wala na siyang mother that time. Until now, kinakanta ko pa rin ito acapella kasi wala sa magic sing. Baka meron kang kung maging ulila at ang tindera paki upload ha? Minemorize ko ang kantang tonung grade 2 ako. Di ako natulog hanggang di ko memorize ang narratiion. May mga plaka kami ni Nora kumpleto pa wala ng patutugtugan.

i miss my mother so much, i lost my mother when iwas 4yrs. old it's so hard to grow up without mother at your side, so for those who still mother pls. always show and tell your mother how important she is in your life.
