You can find most of these things while walking your dog, when you walk into the '?' boxes. But the rope, you get in the discount shop. The discount shop it's the shop you can go to when you walk your dog as well. They're the little brown boxes with a bone drawn on them. Everything down there is always cheap.

u can get the jumprope by going to the discount shop on a walk. the discount shop is the building with a bone on the door. if you look at the way bottom, sometimes they have cool toys.

Some items you can only get in a certain version. You can get the Jack Russell Book in all of the games, though.
