First time I watched this scene it scared me,. Second time and forth, I started to behold how ridiculous, cheap and liar it is. Achilles' opponent, more than 2 meters tall, had a shield on his left arm, that he could have used to block Achilles' both jump and sword move...and his move with the right arm, with the sword, is ridiculously aimless and looks cheap slow-motion trick. Then, I remembered this is HOLLYWOOD, and everything got clear.
