you have to pull the left side of the cartridge out a bit, however you have to be really careful or you'll risk crashing/corrupting your game. there's also this glitch on the bunker II level where if you put mines on all the ceiling monitors (in the room with the massive screen) and detonate them, then missiles, grenades, knives, etc will float in midair.
