@Ba4209-There's a video of an interview with the owner. In the interview Jose (the owner) explains that the Carrie (the dog) has always had a propensity to walk on her hind legs. In fact, in the interview, there's a clip of Carrie playing with other dogs and she starts chasing them on her hind legs.

Infact, all of those moves, except maybe tipping the dog back, are things that my dog does at home, squeaky toy in mouth, trying to play with me - wagging the tail just like that dog. Have you ever seen dog dancing? becuase the dogs absolutely LOVE IT. I dont call that abuse.
