To build muscles, you must work against gravity. That means using weights. Rubber bands don't make your muscles work consistently or hard enough, and there's no way to vary the amount of work you're doing. With dumbbells, just add another plate or take one off.
Look at her arms and deltoids. She's not muscular. Look at the men and women who use weights; they're muscular.
People she is right. Lowering your elbows below the line of your shoulders in this exercise can cause great damage to your shoulder joints. It`s obvious that it will not happen imiiadietly, but it will happen, so listen to her at this point.
KennyCrox i do agree that this video was not the best how ever she is right. Lowering ur arms below 90 degrees and locking out on top is horrible on ur joints and can cause arthritis when ur older and further shoulder injuries. So im sorry but you are WRONG 100%

If done properly, could benefit an elderly person or as a form of physical therapy. Further more, The presentation SUCKED.....Masculine, egotistical and Lacking utterly in professionalism. Lowering the band below 90 degrees and locking out at the top WILL NOT lead to any more injuries.
Performing a half ass exercise will get you half ass results.
This woman does NOT know what she is talking about.
