To be an even match, it should be like when he faced the ginyu force, 5-1 ryu, ken, akuma, chun-li, other vs goku, while the streetfighters train in the hyperbolic time chamber for its max amount of time, nd goku could only go up to ss3 for 5 min. See if its still a chance

Goku is WEAK! he died many times in the series, Dbz just cheated and kept wishing him to come back alive. Most of the evil people are better and stronger than the saiyans, especially when its mostly a few against 1 bad person.

@SteveYangChannel Evil people are always more powerful than the good guys. The reason Goku took a back seat in Dragon Ball Z was because Z was supposed to be about Gohan. DB was all Goku.
@Brandon5l9 Okay let's see, Piccolo defeated Raditz, Gohan defeated Vegeta, Trunks killed Freeza, Cell killed the Artificial Humans, Gohan killed Cell after which the author wanted to stop the series, but he decided to write one last arc in which Goku defeated the final villian because Gohan defeating a villian again would be too much of a rehash of the Cell arc. As far as the databooks go, Goku just defeats one main Z villain.
@Raikaage I was thinking the main villians were Frieza Cell and Buu. I dont consider Vegeta, Raditz and the Androids "main" villians. They do nothing but build things up for the 3 I mentioned. Raditz was beat by both Piccolo and Goku. Either one would have been killed alone. And Frieza's time as a threat pretty much ended when Goku defeated him.

Why dose everyone just assume Goku would win? From what I understand Ryu seems very spiritual with his chi and a dedicated warrior there's no telling how strong he could be when dealing with a guy whos core power is based off a spiritual connection because the spiritual has no limits ylunlike Goku who is bound by the limits of his own sayin biology
All the people arguing who would win (as if it needed wasn't obvious) are a bunch of nerds. This is just a game, not an accurate representation of a fictional crossover.
It's not exactly how a fight between the two of them would go, but the result is right. Any form of Goku after beating Raditz, would kill Ryu with a sneeze. Then again, maybe even Goku as a child, (before the GT series) could whoop Ryu too. But for Ryu to have the best chance, it would have to be now less than SF3 Ryu, and early DBZ (or late DB) Goku.

@Brandon5l9 Okay let's see, Piccolo defeated Raditz, Gohan defeated Vegeta, Trunks killed Freeza, Cell killed the Artificial Humans, Gohan killed Cell after which the author wanted to stop the series, but he decided to write one last arc in which Goku defeated the final villian because Gohan defeating a villian again would be too much of a rehash of the Cell arc. As far as the databooks go, Goku just defeats one main Z villain.

@Raikaage I was thinking the main villians were Frieza Cell and Buu. I dont consider Vegeta, Raditz and the Androids "main" villians. They do nothing but build things up for the 3 I mentioned. Raditz was beat by both Piccolo and Goku. Either one would have been killed alone. And Frieza's time as a threat pretty much ended when Goku defeated him.

Goku simply isn't equipped to deal with it, because illusions where his entire psyche was dominated was never introduced in DB or DBZ. Sure, in a physical fight Goku would rip anyone from Naruto to shreds, like easily, but he never was the brightest guy and could be easily caught in a genjutsu without a way out.

All the people arguing who would win (as if it needed wasn't obvious) are a bunch of nerds. This is just a game, not an accurate representation of a fictional crossover.

It's not exactly how a fight between the two of them would go, but the result is right. Any form of Goku after beating Raditz, would kill Ryu with a sneeze. Then again, maybe even Goku as a child, (before the GT series) could whoop Ryu too. But for Ryu to have the best chance, it would have to be now less than SF3 Ryu, and early DBZ (or late DB) Goku.

@Pantha35 Yeah Dragonball Goku about mid on I think vs Ryu from SF3 would be more so even, by the end of Dragonball even Goku could destroy Ryu in my opinion.

Geez, I clicked on this thinking it was Ryu HAYABUSA. Everyone knows SF Ryu stands NO chance against Goku for even a minute! Hayabusa MIGHT have been able to do the job, but probably not even him even with his speed and power! Oh well, it was an entertaining M.U.G.E.N. video, so props man.

Glad for once I see a Mugen game where the sprites are high quality and in PROPER PROPORTIONS. Most Mugen games are made by stupid 10 year olds and their games and sprites suck shit. This is an actually good Goku.
