I really doubt it if any idol in particular asked the rest to protest. We shouldn't assume anything we don't know about. They ARE handling like adults by doing what was requseted by them by the TPTB. Things have a way of ironing themselves out and we may found out down the road what it was all about.

I don't think it was right if M&D asked other Idols to be robots in protest ... Love you Idols but ... Worcester and Manchester did not deserve a lackluster finale just so they could make a point. They should handle it like adults and not at expense of their fans who may only get to see one show. I was at Manchester and was disappointed.

I just noticed that Archie doesnt even jump around like he normally does when him and Cook go upstage. I dont think I've seen one where he hasn't done that. I wonder if they made him stop to or thats just Archie's way of protesting

Yes, I am older and wiser too. I don't think it looks right for 2 men to be dancing around like faries. I am standing by my beliefs. I love Michael but I would be totally devistated if it came out that he was gay or anything like that.

I'm so proud of all the Idols for supporting Michael and David by their lack of enthusiasm singing this finale. Seeing them previously all dancing around with smiles on their faces was great. None of them seem happy during this performance, and if American Idol execs aren't careful, there may be some remaining concert goers trying to sell their tickets....well, maybe not...I want Michael to sign my tour program.:)
