Okay, wanna state I would literally give my life for Celine bcuz she's my inspiration. In the whole show, she sang live the medley with "It's all coming...." and "Because you loved me", "To love you more" and (I'm not sure for that one) "I Drove All Night".
Let me say why. She had been singing for 5 years, full performances and there was a WORLD TOUR to be achieved. I don't think we can blame her! Oh, and she admitted lipsyncing mostly and she sang these songs though she was advised not to..
the titanic some areas of it is lip if not all of it, there is an error in the song from it was recorded and that;s what they used on the album once you hear the pronunciation thatch instead of that you know its lip........ listen to the song at 6:26
She is the only one in the top 3 divas of the last 20 years that has preserved her voice 100%, too bad Whitney's voice in gone and Mariah's voice is at 50% of capacity and tends to choke is big occasions now, Celine is in a class of her own and when she'll be gone, her shoes will be hard to fill
Her song My Heart Will Go On will always be somewhere in the back of my mind til the day I pass. The first song I heard when I was only 8 years old that actually touched me. I'm 22 now, still does and always will. Celine, thank you for being one of the greatest on earth.
Lady Gaga is a sell out. Her pre-gaga was much better. I saw her a footage of her playing the piano and singing a jazz song. Now she looks and sounds like crap! She sold her soul to the industry. I sing opera and when you sing classical songs u have to sing them "perfectly", every single note and words you utter, even your breathing... Check out the live singing of most opera singers... Most of them are mindblowingly identical...

He followed her "taking chances tour" and wrote a hateful article about look, the way she move on stage etc. but I quoted this words of him. That's how we define good music, that's why Madonna, Celine, Micheal Jackson are icons. And Lady gaga is doing pretty well I would say. She not only combines societal changes with her music, she makes it attractive for people to hear too. She has a different style, was of portraying music and I can go on and on.

yes celine is lip sync however this is only because itv cannot afford the insurance and liabilty and to pay celine plus all of the weeks of rehursals that have to go in to the show celine was not in the uk for so they have to make her lip synch. celine does not enjoy doing it however its part of the job :) celine is still a true diva and a lovely person ... i met her my self in l.a in 2007 wonderfull experience worth every penny !! :)
i met celine in las vagas back in 2007 and she is an amazing person and all she ever talks about no matter what the situation is her son she loves him so much its unreal. you can be talking about the meal you are about to eat and she will reverse it back to her son she is full of love and has time for everyone :) x
I can see her lip sync because she had to by contract, but not my necessity or lack of vocal ability...she has an unsurpassed range and singing ability. Many singers need to lip synch...Celine is not one of them. I've heard they make her lip sync for various reasons...none of them are because she couldn't sing it just as well, if not better live.
She doesn't need to lip sinc. Many times on youtube the sound is out of sinc with the video. She will blow you away with her ability to sing bang-on live. There are many lip sinc singers...celine is not one of them.
I adore Celine Dion. I've seen her live, she is just my favourite person in the whole world. But I'm afraid to say, MiaRyanne, that this whole show was lip-synced. It's completely understandable; she still had the Vegas contract to complete and following that, tour rehearsals.

Thankyou raph33 for posting this wonderful show. I flew half way round the world to see Celine in Vegas in A New Day and can't wait for her to come to Australia March 2008 to perform. If Celine did lipsync this show she was very convincing. I don't mind if she did but I'd like to think she didn't.

Thankyou raph33 for posting this wonderful show. I flew half way round the world to see Celine in Vegas in A New Day and can't wait for her to come to Australia March 2008 to perform. If Celine did lipsync this show she was very convincing. I don't mind if she did but I'd like to think she didn't.

thanks for posting the show! I would have prefer that it was all live but i understand her vocals were strained in that period and with the line-up she had, she had to take care of her voice first
