this season sucked. No more micheal rosenbaum, brianiac only comes back through chloe, doomsday looks like a villain off power-rangers, and lana comes back. If you wanna see Green Arrow's inner conflict, Doomsday takin 20 episodes finding himself & alot of cool characters acting through chloe and lois instead of thier proper actors then this is the right season. Oh, despite history, doomsday doesnt kill clark and clark doesnt kill doomsday. JImmy does. Another example of the DC comic rape

The best of the best! When i knew Kristen and Michael won´t return as regulars, i thought: the 8th season will suck! But

I just saw the abyss episode and it was just amazing! Allison its a great actress, i hope to see her on a big movie!

And the Superman mythology is being taken for the correct path! It was speechless seeing Clark getting to the Fortress and watching the character very grown up! Can´t wait to see the return of Lex ;)

Rosenbaum; Vandervaut and Kruek aren't returning for Season 8. However, Hartley is being added as a regular.

As far as I know - Smallville is planned for 10 seasons. The 10th being it's last - and Welling is signed upto the very end of the show.

I am a fan of Smallville like most of u,and my opinion is this:a superhero,is not a superhero without a supervillan.With this in mind,I can tell u,Smallville can survive,without Lana,Kara,Cloe,Jimmy,or even Lois lane,but not without Lex Luthor.My sugestion is that they should do like they did to Morgan Edge,a plot that envolves a plastic surgery and Rutger Hauer was replaced.So they can do that with Michael Rousenburg,still have Lex,but with a new face and voice,so the character should remain.
