I'm pretty sure the sound of this setup is what they use to torture suspected terrorists now that waterboarding is no longer an option. 5 or 6 hours of listening to that and you'll confess to anything to make it stop. Seriously, have you ever heard anything more annoying?

this person was probably told to shred those CDs and he chose to do it in a fun way and to make a video. but you could actually do this so if you had other things to do these CDs will auto-shred while you do something else productive.

The idea is that the CD's may have sensitive information on them and they need to be shredded. It's not that hard to figure out.
