word is that in order to be "invited" on shows like that in Romania you have to pay the TV station and knowing how stuff gets done in Romania in the last few years, there is a good chance that he paid with public money, because he's from the party in power. if it had been someone from the opposition people wouldn't even care, because even if they pay to be on shows like that, they don't have access to public money -- they'd have to spend their own.

That's hilarious, this guy is a damn idiot when he speaks, all he's doing in talk-shows is to annoy everybody. He has got another interventions made on public TV that made him famous for. Anyway, for the ones that concern the matter why is he acting like this when his party is responsible on the government side in crisis time, there's an old saying that says, sorry it's in Romanian but don't had time to find a proper translation for... so, what it does is saying "Românul face haz de necaz!"
