  • @jodi10187 This is a "TRAFFIC AGENT" not a "POLICE OFFICER",  he can do nothing but walk around giving non-moving violations(only parking tickets). Please dont compare this scumbag or any traffic agent to the NYPD Police Officers ! Thank you !
