The music during the ride actually changes depending on the mood of the scene. Scene 1 is happy-go-lucky, because what could possibly go wrong? But when you know what hits the fan, the music changes accordingly. Check out some full length videos of the ride; profile "Buzz431" has some good ones.

David Kneupper, who composed the original score, uses themes from the Jaws movie score in every scene. Personally, I like the originality and makes it more unique.
