The government needs to seriously look into improving disaster management nationwide by procuring proper equipment, hiring & training rescue workers, enforcing building codes & proper licensing of building contractors. Why is Kenya so disorganised & yet we claim to be educated people yet we are in so much disarray.
its doesnt matter who did it engineerrs are to balme not the owner further more you could stopped the building from collapsing you council

Uhm my friend, buildings like that get diligently completed in 12 weeks depending on finances. Don't let me convince you, find out for yourself!!
