I am so happy to see these videos.. My mom passed away 3 weeks ago, and she loved Kris... when I was a little girl, she would play his records and she was a singer and guitarist, and she would sing these songs... it's so sad to hear, yet so beautiful to be able to listen to and see the videos..

In my opinion, he doesn't have the greatest singing voice, but it comes off as that much more sincere and heartfelt. Thats what make his tunes so great. He sure can write a great tune.

He is such an amazing songwriter, he made so many people's careers with and for them, he was so willing to share his beautiful talent for putting his true feelings into the words and music of a song.He enjoyed hearing others sing his songs, so so much, as he knew he had an extremely unusual voice. I love this song so much. I saw him in March of 1972 and met him after the concert. I still have the picture of me and Kris. He also kissed me :) And to this day I tell everyone that Kris Kristofferspn was my first kiss, and he really was!

@specialagentslowhand It's from a BBC2 programme from the seventies called 'The Old Grey Whistle Test'. God knows why they called it that but it featured countless big stars performing live for many years. Maybe you'll find a compilation dvd on UK eBay.
