I saw something really similar at that time of the month. It was about 10-11pm at night and we thought we'd seen a helicopter fly overhead but w/e it was, it didn't make any sound.

On May 16, 2009 at 23:25, myself and 3 other witnesses saw two orange orbs approx 3km away above NE Edmonton. They were gliding slowly through the sky below the cloud cover. One of us flicked a flash light on and off a few times. The orb in front came to almost a halt, waited for the 2nd orb to get near, then the orb disappeared. The second one followed suite, only when it went out we were able to make out both of the UFOs (tiny black dots in the sky) and watched them keep going.

i've been seeing those huge "stars" or whatever they are on and off every night for about 3 months, they seem to blink different colors when i've seen them and are in the same spots in your video - Im going to give a video response so you can see what i caught after checking out those 2 stars for a few nights straight.
