  • Obviously,...Marc Doesn't "Practice what he Speaks." Nice Tie!

  • I am a Zombie, I found my job as a Zombie CEO on The Ladders.

I love The Ladders. Did I mention that I am a Zombie and have pledged total allegience to The Ladders. As a Zombie CEO, I do everything The Ladders tells me to. And, I eat the flesh of recruiters and applicants on other search firms, such as Monster and

Jobs search. I also can use MS Excel and Powerpoint.

  • "Do you really need someone to tell you this by the time you are an adult?? "...

    Great point!

I feel this way about most so-called 'informational' shows/clips on TV :-)

  • Whats the song from the Ladders commercial with the tennis match?

  • "dailyentertain" I couldn't agree MORE!!! WHAT IS UP WITH ALL THIS CLEAVAGE!?!?! Good grief! If you're tugging at it or pulling it down, it's TOO short, too tight--too something; if you plop it on the desk for the people to see, don't be surprised if they look at it, and please, don't even be offended if they say something out of order about you! Ladies, please, use some common sense: keep SOME things to yourself in the workplace! Four final words: ANITA HILL CLARENCE THOMAS

  • nose hair = demotion

  • I am really surprised that Marc showed up without a tie for this interview on TV AND with the shirt unbuttoned..the collar and overall look just seemed cheezily tacky...???

  • Good idea to get a guy who actually is well dressed to discuss the topic... Hey, how about a pressed shirt?

  • I agree. I posted my comment about the same thing BEFORE I read your comment.

  • so true. but if you work somewhere more creative, you should be wearing a cool t-shirt. like one of ours. :)

  • What's an ascot? PS, black shoes (and belt) implies solider/worker, whereas brown shoes (and belt) implies officer/manager.

  • An ascot is a scarf ties approximately like a tie. very late 1800's early 1900's and chic in goth circles today.

Creative and classes, but probably not CEO level of dress.

  • Way to go Marc, thanks for sharing.

  • What if your job allows people to wear tank tops and flip flops and you come in dressed in proper work attire? Would you be over dressed or "dressed for success"?

  • What about the women's dress? Comment on "the cleavage". Sales tool or fashion statement?

  • Yeah. Comment on cleavage. Don't women have enough brains that they don't have to show their cleavage to get a sale? It may help to get a sale but come on.... women this is 2007...use your brains and not your clevage.

  • Ali Velshi is always so very well dressed. Love him !

  • Yeah, make sure that if you wear black/brown/burgandy shoes that you wear the same colored belt.

  • BLACK BELT with brown shoes means what?

  • belt matches shoes... always

  • That the person is clueless. Isn't all this basic stuff??? Do you really need someone to tell you this by the time you are an adult??
