You rotated at 140 which is way too early you could of had a tail strike and V1 safety speed for a 747 is 180

@cooldanber Its all down to weight , 180 Is way to height for V1 with a half full 747 the FMC predicts a V2 speed or 161, which if you look I got, I did rotate too soon in this video but this was only my 3rd flight in 747 If we really want to get into details there are more mistakes, I have moved on from the default 747 which is junk and moved to the PMDG so if you want to criticise go ahead, but to be honest your videos are no better.
