But when the bookkeeper finally blew the whistle, Jello STILL wouldn't pay the band the money that was rightfully theirs. Instead, he tried to use the money as a bargaining chip to wringe consessions out of the rest of the band. Totally slimey. Which in fact was why they had to sue Jello in court.

Faux Kennedys, sued him for that, took away rights to the DKs and sued him for lack of promotion for 20 year old albums.

Then they have the nerve not to create anything new with all the money, except live albums (with jello on the front so it would sell (see mutiny on the bay) or the horrible Milking The Sacred Cow.
