Is that light bulb being used a black light UV-fluorescent light bulb? The reason I ask is because I think the large burst of light showed later in the video was an electric arc that punctured a hole in one of the bulbs electrodes originating from the arc contact point with the metal in the oven. This released a plasma stream of the noble gases out through the hole creating that cool light show. My point is where that torch-like flame was coming from, what was being burned if not chemical fuel?
