In my humble opinion with the copyright issue as you state, you should remove this video. With the several concert versions of this song that are still contained on YouTube, your video without sound only serves to annoy and sadden the Depeche Mode populous of fans to leave you with the trolling feedback that you endure. Give up your yearning to keep this video up for your own selfish reasons or endure the trolling. The choice is yours. I will have to note my own dissatisfaction and dislike it.

I think that artists simply do this out of fear. Fear that people won't buy their music anymore when they can get it for free. But to me if an artist is well established he or she should have nothing to fear.
