i used gamingheaven's guide for this. and on the activate the machine part there is a mistake or something because I've spent literally one hour on it (had to restart and do part three again twice) on it. i got the exact same results twice, which is wrong. so i would recommend just using this video guide, not online like she recommends

Mouse over GamingHeavens guide for each step so you don't lose your place. (Or simply copy/paste it to notepad file. Delete each step as you click so you don't get lost along the way.)

HIGHLY suggested to bring Energy Potions or Terror Bird summon + Tireless Run scrolls. (Resting can lead to forgetfulness. Very time-consuming. And if you are ADHD as I was... being involved in 3 chat channels at once + private chat can distract you easily.)
