I love t his rendition of Body and soul. Not since Colman Hawkins has another artist re-invented this classic standard IMO. She takes it in 5/4 then sings it in the original key. She surrounds herself with awesome musicians, Lyndon Rochelle' on drums was definitely a plus on this recording he's so bad! Elvin Jones come back to life! Way to Go Esperenza! You definitely have my heart! A beautiful spirit, a great talent, a true musician. I'm glad you are getting the exposure you deserve.
