EPIC acid/xtc feeling @ 2:10 --> Oh wow. Once you have had a beautiful mind expanding experience you can truly relate to that bit. Mental enlightenment, floating in weightless space and then landing back on earth softly, like a tiny feather, as the track ends....
Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds? Nah this is way better... SUZY CREAMCHEESE IS ONE OF THE BEST PSYCHEDELIC SONGS EVER! Better than the Beatles' "Psychedelia"
@shaftsbury94 i can't believe i read ur comment ,this was where i first heard the song, brilliant show & song!!!,it must have been in 1992 or 93(i live in Edinburgh),i still have a tape of part of this very show!i recorded quite a few of them! listening to his show is why i dig garage & psychedelia as well as other obscure music from 60's & 70's,it has taken me years to find & own some of the stuff played on the show.i was in my late teens, now 35 but that is how much the music changed my life!!
@thesyd1975 oh good my freind, yep it was a great show, humour and music, pehaps they will work again one day, the afternoon slot turned them into celebs, mind you i seldom listen to radio 1 nowadays.
Cooool. I started to listen at death metal on the radio when i was like 12-13 years old. long time ago and my mother and father never allowed me to get internet and i got only radio and my compact disks : (
I have a handbill of this band pllaying with the Electric Prunes at the Continental Ballroom in SF 1967, always wondered what they sounded like. Thanks!
Oh man, some hard-core major primitive trippin sounds here. Excellent visuals and strobe effects match the music perfectly. Wild cerebral blow-out head trip....freeky deeky, ducky!
I maybe wrong but i think blur covered this»«

Suzy… Suzy Creamcheese,,, This is the voice of your subconscious mind speaking.
Suzy – What’s got into you?
You say you see the face of fear projected on the wall.
And voices out of nowhere are answering your call.
You turn around and see the sights but watching is a bore.
And comes vacation time again, the same kicks are in store.
Hey, Suzy Creamcheese. What’s got into to you?

When you see the strobelight flashing,
And you hear the music clashing,
And you experience a whole new dimension in sound,
Just open up your closed mind,
And take a trip on mine,
And you’ll never want to touch the ground.
